TERMS AND CONDITION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

This SERVICE CONTRACT <\/strong>effective as of registration is made into the platform and entered into by and between MYSUREBIZ INTEGRATED INVESTMENT LIMITED<\/strong>, hereinafter the \u201c<\/strong>MYSUREBIZ<\/strong>\u201d<\/strong> and YOU<\/strong> hereinafter the \u201cPARTICIPANT<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cUSER\u201d<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Whereas, MYSUREBIZ<\/strong><\/span> and PARTICIPANT <\/span><\/strong>or<\/span><\/span> USERS<\/span><\/strong> desire to enter into an agreement in which MYSUREBIZ will provide online entrepreneurship training and All Encompassing Business Empowerment Services and the users are to abide by the code of the platform to benefit the opportunities thereof this otherwise mean that breaking the rules or any of the rules guiding our code of service shall make the user unqualified or disqualified to benefit the opportunities thereof, which include and not limited to  losing the 50% refund of the Total Payment which is otherwise call Penny-Wise cutback at the end of successful completion of the training program.  <\/p>\r\n

Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises, and of the mutual promises and undertakings herein contained, the parties, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree as follows:<\/p>\r\n

1. DEFINITIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:<\/p>\r\n

a.  \u201cServices\u201d<\/strong> means any and all services specified in the Statement of Work (as defined below).<\/p>\r\n

b.  \u201cPWA\u201d<\/strong> means Penny Wise Accumulation, as specified in the Statement of Work to mean the total installment payment made for the training services offer by Mysurebiz.<\/p>\r\n

c.  \u201cPenny-Wise\u201d<\/strong> means token (fraction of the total sum) paid by the user to MYSUREBIZ platform for the training<\/p>\r\n

d.  \u201cKnow-How\u201d<\/strong> means Theoretical and Practical Business Training offer by MYSUREBIZ to the user<\/p>\r\n

e.  \u201cJury\u201d<\/strong> means the board that scrutinize the user\u2019s business presentation after completion of the training program<\/p>\r\n

f.  \u201cPayoff\u201d<\/strong> means the payment of the 50% cutback of the total payment (Total Penny-Wise Accumulated) after the completion of the program. Every payoff will be 50% refund of the total payment made by the user, it is eligible to only user who successfully complete his\/her fee payment and it is payable after successful completion of the training program. <\/p>\r\n

g.  “Total Payment”<\/strong> means the total payment made to Mysurebiz for the training services offered to the users <\/p>\r\n

h. “Training Fee”<\/strong> means the fee charge for the training and this vary from period and duration<\/p>\r\n

h. “Cash-Back”<\/strong> also call cutback means the refund of the proportion graciously declare to be refund to the user from the total payment made for the training and services by Mysurebiz to support the users as cash at hand to start their own business<\/p>\r\n

2.  STATEMENT OF WORK<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Mysurebiz shall perform and deliver the platform as set forth in the Statement of Work issued against and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.<\/p>\r\n

Kindly know in a strong term that MYSUREBIZ is not a bank or money doubling or investment company. MYSUREBIZ is purely a business training program that helps and  facilitate every user to birth their business dream with payment charges with the company promise to refund percentage decided as a support or give back to users. MYSUREBIZ provide a platform that enable inspired and potential entrepreneurs enjoy coordinated professional online business training, mentorship and organized fragmented payment system. MYSUREBIZ management hold the right to decide the refund and at what percentage which is intended to supports the users to start their desire business with terms and conditions state in paragraph 9. Every user of this platform must have a clear business project and must be ready to pay in token.<\/b><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\r\n

3. TERM<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

The term of this engagement shall commence after the participant have complete and successfully submitted the form provided on this site, and shall continue thereafter until termination or completion of the program.<\/p>\r\n

4. TERMS OF CHARGES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

a. CHARGES.<\/strong>  Users are paying charges for the training service. Business training are offer on a fixed cost determined by MYSUREBIZ which will be paid in token by the users. This charges or fees are use to run the business across layout, pay the staff, the expert Guides across board and to register user business with CAC  <\/p>\r\n

b. PAYMENT SCHEDULE<\/strong>.  The training fee is scheduled to be paid in daily token called Penny Wise across the period of the training. The user are to chose the most affordable token payment form (Amicable) (Premium) or (Gold) which can be paid daily or in advance or arrears . The training fee is designed to be paid in penny wise to train the user on money management and saving culture and this shall be use as criteria to benefit start-up loan. There is exclusion for user with Spacial Package Permit<\/p>\r\n

c. TITLE AND SECURITY INTEREST<\/strong>.  Mysurebiz retain the right to total payment made by the users and also retain the  control of the amount charge for the training service and shall equally have the right to determine the percentage refundable to the users at the end of the training program or termination of the program.<\/p>\r\n

5. TERMS OF SERVICE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

a. Users cannot transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of any MYSUREBIZ proprietary SERVICE to any third party or individual or alter any training program or content in any way or manner.<\/p>\r\n

b. When access code is delivered to participant under this license, participant agrees to keep the source code strictly confidential in accordance with first paragraph of Section 5. When access code is delivered, participant can only be allow to change the code to a more convenient as provision is made available on MYSUREBIZ website.<\/p>\r\n

c. Every material use during the training program remains the property of MYSUREBIZ and retains all copyright notices and other proprietary legends and all trademarks or service marks.<\/p>\r\n

d. Users will have no rights to assign or sell the access or access code granted herein to others.<\/p>\r\n

e. MYSUREBIZ grants users a perpetual non-exclusive access to enjoy every services made available without additional payment aside from the fee payable for the training during the course or the program procession, this right shall be withdraw immediately after the completion of the grooming period or termination.<\/p>\r\n

f. Users cannot claim the refund which other wise call Cash Back  except after the full payment of the training fee either after the completion or termination of the program. In the case of termination, the user shall forward application to terminate the training and upon full payment of the training fee he\/she shall be legible to receive the cutback in which shall be paid within 48 hours, otherwise, upon not paying full fee the user shall not be eligible to any refund <\/p>\r\n

6.  ACCEPTANCE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Users shall be deemed accepted by MYSUREBIZ upon completion of the following acceptance inquiry:<\/p>\r\n

a. Immediately upon completion of the registration form and successful submission in which the user has carefully choose the suitable categories.<\/p>\r\n

b. User shall forthwith commence to attend every giving lectures instruction at every giving time according to categories with prompt response to the action step and start paying the penny daily or in advance or in arrears concurrently through payment gate on dashboard as recommended.<\/p>\r\n

7.  PAID-OFF<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

1<\/strong>. User shall receive the Cash-Back at the end of the training period upon full payment of the training fee with additional start up loan from MYSUREBIZ upon passing the 5 Golding Rules stated in section 8. The user can only receive 50% Cash-Back upon the premises of completing payment of the training fee. Should any users stop half way, with full payment, MYSUREBIZ shall only refund the 50% to such user without any entitlement to the start up loan.<\/p>\r\n

2<\/strong>. In case of deceased of the user, the next of kin as filled in the registration form after verification shall receive the 50% refund upon deceased full payment at the termination date without any entitlement to the start up loan.<\/p>\r\n

3<\/strong>. MYSUREBIZ holds the right to block and terminate any user discover operating only the payment up to the third month without fully engaged in attending any training or lesson (Know-How), the refund of his\/her payment shall attract 50% of his\/her total payment as penalty<\/p>\r\n

8.  START-UP SUPPORT <\/strong><\/span>(GOLDING RULES)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

Mysurebiz<\/strong> offer up to Twenty Million Naira (N20, 000,000)<\/strong> Business Start-Up Support Fund (BSSF) at 0%<\/strong> interest to start that intending business<\/p>\r\n

To be eligible for this support fund, the user will need to gratify the 5 GOLDEN RULES<\/strong> stated bellow:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. User must be a Fully Registered Mysurebiz <\/strong>to either of the three categories with accredited business and access password<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  2. User must complete and present Mysurebiz directed Business Plan <\/strong>and must be approved bankable by Mysurebiz Jury at the end of your program<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  3. User must pay make payment 100 percent <\/strong>of selected program duration; this is in respect of the category of the user participation.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  4. User must attend Mysurebiz on line lecture and submit Action Steps back to back 100 percent <\/strong>without any default<\/span><\/li>\r\n
  5. User must complete and present functional pilot product\/services <\/strong>at the end of the program and must be approved by Mysurebiz Jury (MJ)<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    With this Five Golden rules compliance, users are qualified to benefit start up loan at 0% interest as recommended by user\u2019s duration planner, written Business Plan and the Investment Capital Department<\/p>\r\n

    This fund shall be disbursed to the user by asset acquisition and not in cash by Mysurebiz Investment Capital Department, the department will monitor the user in acquiring and installing all required fixed asset to establish the factory, office or plant on user recommendation and engagement, the department shall technically supervise the user through Expert Guide to produce the first marketable product to ensure diligent fund management, quality assured and value control<\/p>\r\n

    9. LOAN REFUND PLAN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    1.<\/strong> Upon successful launch of user\u2019s business, Mysurebiz Investment Capital Department (MICD) shall work together with the user to raise investors that will pull fund into his\/her existing business to the tune of capital deployed by MYSUREBIZ. There then MYSUREBIZ obtained fund shall be fully replaced, user will be detached from MICD monitoring to continue running the business with the investors. Other option shall be that the user paying back the loan in installment plan for a spread period of time which after full payment shall be detached from MICD to run the business independently. <\/p>\r\n

    2<\/strong>. The user after paying back the start-up loan successfully will receive Ambassadorship Certificate from Mysurebiz. This make such successful user to become a recommended mentor for the upcoming entrepreneur and eligible to benefit our advance Business Management and financial services. <\/p>\r\n

    With<\/strong> MYSUREBIZ<\/strong> you can definitely be what you wanna be<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

    10. CONDITION FOR CASH-BACK<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

    To enjoy the 50% cash-back declare by Mysurebiz, the user must fully paid up the total training fee either at completion or abortion of the training program. any user(s) that do not pay complete fee cannot and do not qualify for the refund. Mysurebiz hold the right to sacrifice proportion of the total fee paid for the service render to support user(s) that meet this condition<\/p>\r\n

    11.  TERMINATION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n

    Termination of  Service<\/strong>. MYSUREBIZ reserves the right to terminate user in whole or in part, upon the participant defaulting. This is in the event the service is terminated by MYSUREBIZ on the bases of non compliance with the stated conditions, <\/p>\r\n

    Further termination can be effect as a result of the following:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    a.  The use relocating away from the country of coverage and as such would not be able to meticulously operate the two sides of Mysurebiz; such participant shall be terminated from the platform without any refund except upon full payment of the training fee then will be entitled to 50% cashback<\/p>\r\n

    b.  If the user is operating one sided without fully engaging the other side of the program such user after prior warning shall be terminated without or with penalty as the case may apply paragraph 7.3 <\/p>\r\n

    c.  The death of the user shall bring about termination of the service with the Cash-Back paid-off upon full payment of the fee.<\/p>\r\n

    d.  Failure from MYSUREBIZ delivering training service or bridge of trust shall equally bring about termination of the contract by the user and this shall be done by the user writing application stating the cause of termination, after the careful deliberations and confirmation of the allege claim by the user the user shall receive 50% refund of his\/her total payment.<\/p>\r\n
